For those of you not familiar with the Riviera, it is the lower part of the "hill" (PV) and is comprised of both Redondo Beach (90277) and Torrance addresses. To make matters even more confusing, the Redondo Beach addresses may have Torrance services and none of this has anything to do with Hollywood! And that's even before you get into the "hillside overlay" building restrictions.
