Considering that it was listed at $720,000 and there are comps in the $700's, I don't anticipate this one being an appraisal issue. (stay tuned) While HOA dues for PV townhome communities remain high (over $350 month), there continues to be considerable demand for similar propeties. This particular unit is located in a gated community which certainly adds to its desirability. Curiously, while some 1400-1800 REO SFRs have become available in Rancho Palos Verdes in the $700's, there still remains a strong market for lower maintenance and larger townhomes.
