But you're probably more interested in what's happening in the market right now. Inventory continues to be scarily low. I could probably sell 12 houses next week if we had the inventory. The most common requests are still SFR - Redondo around $500K, condo $400K; N Torrance SFR under $400K, West Torrance SFR $600K, and anything in Manhattan Beach under $1M. Well almost anything.
If you know anyone looking to sell a house in Torrance over 2000 sq ft, SFR or nicer towhome near Riviera Village under $650K, or MB under $1M let me know, I have buyers today.
On the marketing side of things, I have updated www.90278realestate.com with a number of new searches and current news. I'm working on doing the same for www.90266realestate.com as well. My main search site, www.socalistings.com will be getting a refresh soon as I look to incorporate some new widgets I'm testing for realtor.com.
