December 2011 was no different than the rest of the year for Hermosa Beach Real Estate. Sales were relatively soft with only 14 properties closing escrow. Of the 14 homes that sold only 1 was a short sale and 1 had a NOD filed. There were no bank owned foreclosures (REOs) sold or probate sales. Hermosa Beach Sand Section had 4 sales, Hermosa Valley 5 sales, and East Hermosa Beach 5 sales. Single family homes were 12 of the sales and condos 2. The lowest price home was $335,000 for a 1 bedroom 600 sq ft condo and the highest price was $3,350,000 for a 4 bedroom 3600 sq ft single family house on Hermosa venue. Here's the recap home by home.
